For over a decade, this phenomenal leader has masterfully guided 300 students and 15 staff annually. Nurturing an infectious love for literature, Ms Fusaro weaves exciting, diverse narratives throughout the student journey and advocates heavily for our most vulnerable scholars. By blending military precision with genuine warmth and holding sky-high expectations, extraordinary results naturally follow. Remarkably, eight out of ten students left with GCSE English this year, often achieving three to four grades above their initial targets to secure their crucial next steps.
