This year, the 13th Chorlton Book Festival has a host of literary events for the whole family and takes place from Friday 17th to Saturday 25th November 2017.

CHORLTON CHILDREN’S BOOK AWARD: SIX BOOKS, ONE VOTE, YOU DECIDE
This award is part of the Chorlton Book Festival and aims to promote reading for pleasure amongst children in Chorlton.
The book award shortlist includes a variety of subjects and themes and the winner chosen by local children. We will be supporting the book award throughout the festival, with all the shortlisted books and voting forms available from CHS Library. Voting forms can also be found at Chorlton Library and Chorlton Bookshop.

Children have until 15th November 2017 to vote for their favourite book. The winner will be announced at a celebration event at Chorlton High School on 23rd November 2017.
