Recently, CHS were very happy to welcome the star of stage and TV, Jason Manford, to deliver a motivational talk and Q&A session for our students.
Jason, who previously attended Oakwood High School, related stories and anecdotes based on his inspirational message of never giving up. Connecting his childhood, growing up in Whalley Range and his route to becoming a successful stand up comedian and actor, in an extremely engaging, fun and humorous way.
Our students were inspired to ask many questions during the lively Q&A session that followed, gaining valuable insight into the Arts industry, future career paths and continued learning.
We would like to thank Jason for providing a highlight of last term, and we look forward to inviting him back soon!
