A selection of our Year 9 students demonstrated exceptional Responsibility and respect by walking to Southern Cemetery in Manchester to participate in an event of remembrance.
In a poignant ceremony, the students carried a poppy wreath and laid it to pay their respects, honouring the sacrifices made by others. This visit reinforced the values of gratitude and community, linking directly to their learning about history and citizenship.
We were incredibly proud of the mature and thoughtful way our students represented Chorlton High School during this important act of remembrance.
