A Look into the Future of Science

At CERN, students gained first-hand insight into the world's largest particle physics laboratory. This experience brought their science lessons to life, encouraging them to think like future scientists who are methodical, evidence-based, and critical thinkers. Witnessing the scale of the research fuelled their Motivation and demonstrated the complex challenges and problem-solving skills needed in STEM careers.

Building Global Responsibility

The visit to the UN Headquarters was an equally profound experience. It highlighted the importance of Global Responsibility, allowing students to see international politics and diplomacy in action. This experience reinforced the work done in our Respect Curriculum and subjects like EPR, which aim to develop Empathy for diverse cultures and teach students to be responsible decision-makers. By seeing global issues discussed in-person, our students returned with a deeper understanding of their role in the wider world, further preparing them to be Successful, Creative, and Happy citizens.
